What’s explained

The placenta makes the connection between the mother and the fetus and along with this the placenta acts as endocrine tissue and the placenta releases these hormones in our brain. First of all, we get HCG, which we also call pregnancy hormone, children. What it does is that our HCG [music] will regulate the secretion of the corpus luteum and from there it will cause the release of progesterone hormone which will maintain the lining of our endometrium. [Music] Next comes our progesterone hormone at number two. Third, we are going to have estrogen. Estrogen increases the blood flow inside the mother’s uterus, induces contractions, and helps in the growth of the fetus. Next up we have HPL Human Placental Lactogen. This is hormone related and regulates the mother’s metabolism [music]. And the last one we are going to have is Relax in Hormone. There is a relation between relaxing hormone which relaxes the muscles at the time of delivery and the process of parturition which makes the delivery of the fetus easy.
